Inside Our Quality Control Facility Coomera

|

Setting the Benchmark in Marine Glazing Excellence

As a leader in marine glass technology, Integ Marine Group is proud to present our Coomera Quality Control Facility—a purpose-built hub that reflects more than two decades of dedication to performance, innovation, and precision. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast Marine Precinct, this facility serves as the cornerstone for our national and international operations across our group of companies, including Marine Window Services, Integ Marine Glass and Marine Outfling Solutions.

This is not just a production site—it is a complete operations and quality hub designed to support the evolving demands of marine glazing across powered and sailing yachts, superyachts, and commercial vessels

A Facility Purpose-Built for the Marine Industry

Located at Unit OB2, 199 Beattie Road, Coomera, this new site is far more than a warehouse. It’s where we bring together our 12-strong expert team—technicians, project managers, shipwrights, and rising industry leaders—to collaborate, train, and deliver market-leading solutions. From here, our specialists coordinate mobile services across Australia and internationally.

The Coomera facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support fabrication and quality control processes for the most complex marine glazing requirements. Every piece of glass is carefully assessed, including those crafted on-site, with options spanning varied tints, shapes, and certifications. From one-off custom panels to large production runs, the Coomera team ensures every finished product meets our rigorous standards before it reaches your vessel.

What Happens at the Coomera Facility?

  • Glass Manufacturing & Quality Control: After precision fabrication, every glass product is inspected on-site, ensuring only premium, marine-grade materials are delivered to clients.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Our technical leaders manage and schedule projects across Australia and abroad.
  • Training & Development: It also serves as a training space where our next generation of professionals learn and grow.
  • Showroom & Client Consultations: We welcome boat owners, builders, and industry professionals to visit, view samples, and make informed decisions about their glazing requirements.

A Skilled Team Built on Real Experience

The strength of our Coomera operations lies in our people. Led by Managing Director Darren, the team includes:

  • Tony, our General Manager of Glass Manufacturing, who oversees precision fabrication from scan to install
  • Trent, General Manager of Installation, who coordinates national and international on-site projects
  • Laurence, a seasoned shipwright and team leader across SE Queensland
  • Robby, with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in marine glass and installation
  • Taylah, who keeps the engine running smoothly as our Customer Service Coordinator

Supporting them is a dynamic group of university students—Cameron, Julien, Sam, and Will—each gaining real-world experience in engineering, business, and project management. At Integ Marine Group, we take pride in nurturing the next generation of marine specialists and providing opportunities to students to gain real-world work experience.

A Mobile Operation with Global Reach
