MWS Makes Waves at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show
The 35th Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS) proved to be an exceptional event, drawing huge crowds and showcasing an impressive array of marine power and beauty. Marine Window Services (MWS) stood out among the exhibitors, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in marine glazing solutions. This year’s show was a resounding success, with exhibitors praising the event for its outstanding sales and relationship-building opportunities. MWS was proud to be a part of this dynamic gathering of marine enthusiasts and industry professionals.
Highlighting Innovation and Quality at SCIBS
MWS brought our expertise in marine glazing to the forefront at SCIBS, engaging with superyacht owners, sailing and powered yacht enthusiasts, and commercial vessel operators. Our display featured custom marine glass options designed to enhance the safety, durability, and aesthetics of various vessels. With over 300 visitors to our booth, we had ample opportunity to showcase our cutting-edge installation techniques and superior craftsmanship.
The event provided an excellent platform for us to demonstrate the importance of selecting the right installation provider for marine windows. We highlighted how our full-service approach—from design and manufacture to installation and ongoing maintenance—ensures the highest quality outcomes for our clients. This comprehensive service model resonated well with both new and long-term customers.
This year, Marine Window Services (MWS) also took the opportunity to highlight our commitment to quality and innovation, underpinned by the unveiling of our new Coomera location, which houses our Quality Control Facility.
Our new Quality Control Facility, situated in the heart of the marine precinct at Unit OB2, 199 Beattie Road, Coomera, is a testament to our 22+ years of experience in the marine glazing industry. This strategic location serves multiple purposes: it acts as an office and meeting point for our team of 12, including industry technical experts, and as a training facility and quality control hub. Here, we ensure that all our materials meet the highest standards, maintaining the exceptional quality our clients expect.
The facility also houses a showroom where we welcome both existing and new clients, helping them make informed decisions about their marine glazing needs. Its convenient location is easy to find, access, and offers ample parking. Clients can phone us on 0412 108 269 to schedule an appointment or a tour.
From this base, MWS extends its services locally, nationally, and internationally, ensuring that our commitment to quality and innovation reaches vessels far and wide. Our presence at SCIBS allowed us to highlight this exciting new chapter in our journey, demonstrating our dedication to providing the best in marine window solutions.
Engaging with Marine Enthusiasts
Throughout the show, MWS engaged with numerous attendees, sharing our knowledge and expertise in marine glazing. It was particularly rewarding to spend quality time with our loyal and long-term clients, reinforcing our relationships and discussing exciting future projects. We also welcomed many new customers, explaining how we could partner with them to utilise our custom solutions to transform their vessel/s. From luxurious superyachts to high-performance sailing and powered yachts, we collaborated with new and existing clients to ideate custom solutions that would suit their vessels.
We were excited to be located near the AIMEX garden as it positioned us in the heart of the show filled with industry buzz and subject matter experts. This prime location attracted a high calibre of qualified visitors, leading to many valuable discussions about future projects and collaborations.
Success Stories and Future Opportunities
The success of SCIBS was echoed by many other exhibitors, who reported exceptional sales and leads. Johan Hasser, General Manager of Mulpha Events, expressed his delight with the public response to the show, noting the significant number of new product launches and the record-breaking attendance.
For MWS, SCIBS 2024 was an invaluable experience, providing us with numerous opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and industry partners. All attendees we interacted with showed strong interest in our custom glazing solutions, and we look forward to following up with many of the contacts we fostered relationships with during the event.
